The Rotary Club of Hong Kong South (RCHKS) proudly hosted a free movie premiere for 70 senior citizens from the Southern District on Sunday, 11 October 2026, at Emperor Cinemas, 3/F, THE SOUTHSIDE, Wong Chuk Hang. Hosted by President Howard Chun, the event was co-organized and emceed by Past President Lucy Lo, Chairlady of the Community Service Committee of the RCHKS, together with Past President George Li, and attended by Rtn Ellen Chan and Rtn Clement Lee.
We were especially honored to welcome our special guest, Ms. Amy Chin, the producer and screenwriter of "Ciao UFO" (再見 UFO), who joined us for the screening. Set against the backdrop of the iconic Wah Fu Estate, the film provided a nostalgic trip down memory lane for the elderly guests from the Aberdeen area. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Hong Kong Southern District Women's Association and the Jockey Club Wong Chi Keung District Elderly Community Centre for their invaluable support in making this meaningful day possible.
