My name is LIU LEI, alias Edward. I come from Shanghai and work as a Senior Unit Manager in AIA Hong Kong.

 

I had just turned into a father in 2019 Nov. God gave us a very adorable baby girl. I am so happy and grateful. To me, family means everything, those loved ones, they worth my every effort.

 

I learned about Rotary Club from my life Mentor PP Paul Young. To me he is the best example of being a Rotarian, Serve above self! I want to follow his footprint and do my best to serve the society.

 

I received a lot of help from good and kind persons. I am very grateful and I should pass their kindness to those other people who are in need.

 

I have attended RCHKS’s meetings for many times, thanks to the invitation of PP Paul Young. RCHKS is so far the best Rotary Club I have been to. It has a very good variety of friendly members of different professions and cultural backgrounds, that I will be very proud to be associated with.

 

 

As a father of a 4 years old and husband of a lovely wife, I am pleased to be a member of Rotary Club HK South.  My late father (1947-2019) was a Lion in Korea for long periods and it was an ideal time for me to join Rotary at the recommendation of Paul van Brenkelen.  I get to mingle with people with big heart in a lovely venue that is away from the hustle and bustle of my workplace in Central.  I want to make a difference and contribute to society.  As a frequent business traveller, I have put every effort to attend as guest or speaker in various clubs including in the US, China, Singapore and Korea.  I will continue to do so and learn more of the generosity principles that is Rotary.
